MATERNAL, INFANT, CHILD CARE

1. PHIE Lite (PCB/MNDRS) Implementation

Ongoing PHIE Lite system testing by DOH and PhilHealth

2. Non-Communicable Disease registry (number of provinces implementing)

Seventy (70) provinces are implementing the DOH NCD registry.

eHEALTH TOOLS TO IMPROVE SERVICE DELIVERY

1. 50 Government hospitals with eClaims ready (in 2014, 19 hospitals are eClaims ready)

Additional thirty-two (32) hospitals with ready eClaims using the Integrated Hospital Operations and Management Information System (iHOMIS) in 2015.

Accrued total of 51 hospitals with ready eClaims using iHOMIS in 2016

Refinement of revised implementing guidelines on PhilHealth eClaims:

1. For implementation of PhilHeath eClaims in 11 NCR-based government hospitals.

2. For operationalization of 150 government hospitals that are PhilHealth eClaims ready

2. 1,000 RHU/health centers have EMRs in place by December 2015 (in 2014, 669 RHUs have EMRs in place)

1,040 RHU/Health Center/CHO/MHO/PHO have EMRs in place.

1.Additional 460 RHUs/HCs using EMRs for eClaims and National Health Data Reporting to fulfill original target of1,500 health facilities.

2.Cumulative target per year are as follows:
a.2014 450
b. 2015 1000
c.2016 1500

3. 190 RHU/health centers with RxBox

In 2014, 115 RHUs have
RxBoxes

In 2015, there are 28 additional RHUs implementing the RxBox technology.

1. For deployment of RxBox to additional 1000 new sites
2. For integration of RxBox technology with other existing EMRs.

4. Enable full or partial e-Prescription processing for all electronically encoded Primary Care Benefits transactions that have prescription data for & from private pharmacies or government facilities-providers-pharmacies.

Ongoing refinement of revised implementing protocols and guidelines on ePrescription.

For refinement of existing policies and protocols towards operationalization of the PhilHealth ePrescription module

5. RHU/Hospital interconnection Project (iGovPhil)

Ongoing finalization of recipient sites and selection of the most appropriate technology solution for the interconnection project.

6. Setting of criteria and consequent operationalization of Level 2 HITP Certification

Ongoing evaluation of HITP Performance Guidelines for accreditation for HITP for hospitals (PGH), and RHUs.
1. Level 1 certification shall involve PhilHealth HITP requirements.
2. Level 2 certification shall be based on the identified eHealth TWG outputs on further HITP functionalities.
